Open shoes in the cold season

There are a few items of clothing that are rarely if ever used in the cold season. But open-toed shoes don't have to be one of them with the right styling.
Many summery models also work in cold temperatures, even without freezing.

If you don't feel like wearing those heavy, thick winter boots, the Kennel & Schmeneger style 'MASTER' with open heel is a good option. A good intermediate solution with thick woollen stockings or socks.

Open-toed heels, also with a Kennel & Schmenger slingback, like the 'LIA' or 'ROME' style, can also be combined with stockings, cool faux leather trousers or jeans, a cosy coarse knit jumper with a casual bomber jacket and the outfit is ready to go.

The look with open-toed heels can also look very chic in combination with black tights and a skirt or dress.
Extra wide (denim) trousers can also be a very stylish addition to elegant heels.

Really cool is the combination of statement socks and slingback pumps or finer heeled sandals.

White socks are definitely a good styling option too. If you don't dare to wear them with open-toed shoes, they are also great to wear with loafers for transition.

Have fun browsing the new Kennel & Schmenger styles and trying out new styling variations!
