plugin is transmitted by Instagram directly to your browser and integrated into
the page. Through this integration, Instagram receives the information that
your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do
not have an Instagram profile or are not currently logged in to Instagram. This
information (including your IP address) is transmitted directly from your
browser to an Instagram server in the USA and stored there.
If you are logged in to Instagram,
Instagram can directly associate your visit to our website with your Instagram
account. If you interact with the
plugins, for example by clicking the „Instagram“ button, this
information is also transmitted directly to an Instagram server and stored
there. The information is also published on your Instagram account and
displayed to your contacts there.
The purpose and scope of the data
collection and the further processing and use of the data by Instagram as well
as your rights in this regard and setting options to protect your privacy can

to point out that due to the structure of the Internet, it is possible that the
rules of data protection and the above-mentioned security measures may not be
observed by other persons or institutions outside our area of responsibility.
In particular, unencrypted data – e.g. when sent by e-mail – can be read by

You have the right to receive the personal
data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used
and machine-readable format. You also have the right to transmit this data to
another controller without hindrance, provided that

O. Use of Google Analytics for web

This website uses Google (Universal)
Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc.(www.google.de).
Google (Universal) Analytics uses methods that enable your use of the website
to be analysed, such as so-called „cookies“, text files that are
stored on your computer. The information generated about your use of this
website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored
there. By activating IP anonymisation on
this website, the IP address is shortened before transmission within the member
states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on
the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address
be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. The anonymised IP address transmitted by your
browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
You can prevent Google from collecting the
data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including
your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and
installing the browser plug-in available at the following link:
http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
As an alternative to the browser plugin,
you can click this link Deactivate Google Analytics to prevent Google Analytics
from collecting data on this website in the future. An opt-out cookie will be
stored on your end device. If you delete your cookies, you must click the link
again.

P. Use of the remarketing or „similar
target groups“ function from Google
We use the remarketing or „similar
target groups“ function of Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain
View, CA 94043, USA; „Google“) on our website.
If you have your habitual residence in the
European Economic Area or Switzerland, Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House,
Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) is the controller responsible for your data.
Google Ireland Limited is therefore the company affiliated with Google that is
responsible for processing your data and complying with the applicable data
protection laws.

analysing visitor behaviour and visitor interests.
Google uses cookies to analyse website
usage, which forms the basis for the creation of interest-based advertisements.
Cookies are used to record visits to the website and anonymised data on the use
of the website. No personal data of visitors to the website is stored. If you
subsequently visit another website in the Google Display Network, you will be
shown adverts that are highly likely to take into account previously accessed
product and information areas.
Your data may be transferred to the USA.
Google has certified itself in accordance with the US-EU data protection
agreement „Privacy Shield“ and is therefore obliged to comply with
European data protection guidelines.
You can permanently deactivate the use of

Q. Use of Google Ads conversion tracking
We use the online advertising programme
„Google Ads“ on our website and, in this context, conversion tracking
(visit action evaluation). Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service of
Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA;
„Google“).
When you click on an advert placed by
Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is stored on your computer. These
cookies have a limited validity, do not contain any personal data and are
therefore not used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages of
our website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognise
that you have clicked on the ad and have been redirected to this page. Each
Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. It is therefore not possible
for cookies to be tracked via the websites of Ads customers.
The information obtained with the help of
the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics. This tells us
the total number of users who clicked on one of our adverts and were redirected
to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, we do not receive any
information with which users can be personally identified.
Your data may be transferred to the USA.
Google has certified itself in accordance with the US-EU data protection
agreement „Privacy Shield“ and is therefore obliged to comply with
European data protection guidelines.
You can deactivate personalised advertising
for you in Google’s advertising settings. You can find instructions on how to
do this at https://support.google.com/ads/answer/2662922?hl=de.
Alternatively, you can prevent the use of
cookies by third-party providers by visiting the deactivation page of the
Network Advertising Initiative at https://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/
and implementing the further information on opting out mentioned there.
You will then not be included in the
conversion tracking statistics.
You can find more information and Google’s
privacy policy at: https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/
R. Use of Google AdSense
We use the AdSense function of Google LLC
(1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; „Google“)
on our website.
The purpose of data processing is to rent
out advertising space on the website and to target visitors to the website with
interest-based advertising.
This function is used to display
personalised, interest-based advertisements from the Google Display Network to
visitors to the provider’s website. Google uses cookies that enable your use of
the website to be analysed.
The information generated by the cookie
about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the
USA and stored there. Google may transfer this information to third parties
where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the
information on Google’s behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with
any other data held by Google. Google has certified itself in accordance with
the US-EU data protection agreement „Privacy Shield“ and is therefore
obliged to comply with European data protection guidelines.
You can permanently deactivate the use of
cookies by Google by following the link below and downloading and installing
the plug-in provided there:

cookies by third-party providers by visiting the deactivation page of the

identification. If you visit certain pages of our website and the cookie has
not yet expired, Microsoft and we can recognise that you have clicked on the ad
and have been redirected to this page.
Information obtained with the help of the
conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics. We find out the
total number of users who clicked on one of our adverts and were redirected to
a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, it is not possible to
personally identify these users.
Your data may be transferred to the USA.
Microsoft has certified itself in accordance with the US-EU data protection
agreement „Privacy Shield“ and is therefore obliged to comply with
